Our Team

Ms. Akansha Jain - (CS, LL.B & B.Com)

Is the founder of the firm Akansha S Jain & Associates and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries India having more than 8 years of experience in the field of Securities Law, Corporate Laws, Secretarial Advisory Services, Capital Markets & Legal Consultancy Services. She also holds a degree of LL.B and have done her graduation in Accounts and Finance.

During her CS Internship days she developed passion towards Securities Laws, and immediately jumped into practice after qualifying her CS, to explore the unexplored areas of Securities Laws. She has created a niche for herself in the areas of Securities laws. She is one of the respected practitioners in the Securities and Financial Regulatory space.

As a Practicing Company Secretary (PCS), she is the first women PCS, to establish an independent practice focused on Securities laws and makes regular appearances before the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) and SEBI.

She has extensively handled matters related to SEBI, Stock Exchanges, and appeared before their Appellate bodies such as the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT). With her analytical and research based skills, she has acclaimed various judgments from the Regulators and Tribunals for her clients, and her dedication and command over the subject is impeccable.
